Very expected game when 15th ranked VL Pesaro (4-14) was defeated at home by tenth ranked Air Avellino (8-10) 77-62. VL Pesaro was ahead by 8 points at the halftime before a 31-7 third quarter run of Air Avellino. They dominated on the defensive end, holding VL Pesaro to just 7 points in third quarter.
