Very important is a road loss of second ranked BGEU-RCOR (7-11) against fourth ranked Rubon II (5-11) on Sunday night. Visiting BGEU-RCOR was defeated by Rubon II in a tough game in Vitebsk 70-77. The hosts trailed by 7 points at the halftime before their 26-8 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Fedor Kryukov (181-88) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 7 assists and forward Denis Vikentyev (201-98) who added 17 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. Four Rubon II players scored in double figures. Forward Dmitry Borisenok (201-97) responded with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 16 rebounds and point guard Kanstantsin Kuptsevich (180-97) scored 17 points. Newly promoted Rubon II maintains fourth position in League with 5-11 record. Loser BGEU-RCOR keeps the second place with 11 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
