Everything went according to plan when second ranked Ironi Kiryat Ata (13-4) beat on the road 13th ranked Maccabi Raanana (4-13) 74-67 on Tuesday. The guests trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 46-36 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Ironi Kiryat Ata dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Maccabi Raanana's 24. Ironi Kiryat Ata forced 29 Maccabi Raanana turnovers and outrebounded them 35-23 including 22 on the defensive glass.
