An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Mar del Plata. First ranked Quimsa faced 3rd placed Quilmes MP. Guests from Santiado Estero (26-4) smashed host Quilmes MP (18-13) 97-72. The game without a history. Quimsa led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Quimsa outrebounded Quilmes MP 31-19 including 27 on the defensive glass. They shot the lights out from three nailing 17 long-distance shots on high 65.4 percentage. Quilmes MP was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for the former international Diego Garcia (190-79) who led his team to a victory with 25 points and 4 assists.
