An interesting game for JX-Eneos S. (19-3) which hosted in Kashiwa 3rd ranked Denso Iris (16-6). First ranked JX-Eneos S. managed to get a 11-point victory 59-48. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Denso Iris. The hosts trailed by 8 points at the halftime before their 39-20 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. They outrebounded Denso Iris 42-27 including 31 on the defensive glass. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when JX-Eneos S. made 7 blocks. It was a good game for the former international power forward Ramu Tokashiki (191-91) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 19 rebounds. The former international forward Yuka Mamiya (185-90) contributed with 16 points and 7 rebounds for the winners.
