The hosts trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 4-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 68-67. Nea Kifisia forced 20 Panelefsiniakos turnovers. It was a very good performance for American swingman Cade Davis (197-88, college: Oklahoma, agency: Two Points) who helped to win the game recording 16 points. Serbian power forward Nikola Markovic (208-89) replied with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds and Giannis Athanasoulas (202-87) added 16 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Panelefsiniakos. Four Panelefsiniakos players scored in double figures. Nea Kifisia moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Kolossos. Panelefsiniakos lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the thirteenth position with 12 games lost. Nea Kifisia will face higher ranked Apollon Patras (#7) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
