BLK top team - Wisla Krakow (18-0) added another victory to their record on Saturday. This time they beat fifth ranked AZS Gorzow Wielkopolski (11-7) 68-64. Wisla Krakow looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was American center Jantel Lavender (191-88, college: Ohio St.) who had a double-double by scoring 18 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists. Guard Courtney Vandersloot (173-89, college: Gonzaga) chipped in 9 points and 10 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was American point guard Sharnee Zoll-Norman (170-86, college: Virginia) who recorded a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 assists and the former international center Izabela Piekarska (195-85, college: UTEP) added 9 points and 11 rebounds respectively. AZS Gorzow Wielkopolski's coach tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Wisla Krakow have an impressive 18-game winning streak.
