No shocking result in a game when second ranked Torpan Pojat (16-5) beat 6th ranked Pyrinto (8-13) in Helsinki 79-70. Pyrinto was ahead by 4 points after three quarters before a 29-16 charge of Torpan Pojat, which allowed them to win the game. They made 20-of-25 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Torpan Pojat outrebounded Pyrinto 39-28 including 29 on the defensive glass. They brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. They maintain second position with 16-5 record having five points less than leader Catz. Newly promoted Pyrinto keeps the sixth place with 13 games lost. Torpan Pojat will again play against Pyrinto (#6) in Tampere in the next round. Pyrinto will play at home against HyPo and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
