An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Komarno. Second ranked Rieker KN faced one of their biggest challengers Inter Bratislava. Host Rieker KN (28-6) defeated guests from Bratislava (26-8) 84-77. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Inter Bratislava. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Inter Bratislava won third quarter 22-17. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Rieker KN made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. American-Liberian point guard Jaytornah Wisseh (185-88, college: LIU Brooklyn) fired 31 points, 9 assists and 6 steals for the winners. Croatian forward Sasa Jankovic (204-84) chipped in 21 points and 6 rebounds. International point guard Nenad Milosevic (190-83, agency: 011 Sports) produced 32 points and 6 rebounds and American guard Justin Graham (193-88, college: San Jose St.) added 10 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Rieker KN have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 28-6 record behind leader Prievidza. Defending champion Inter Bratislava keeps the third place with eight games lost. Rieker KN are looking forward to face Iskra Svit (#5) on the road in the next round. Inter Bratislava will play against Levice and is hoping to prove to their fans that the loss was just an accident.
