Bottom-ranked Artemisa is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 23th consecutive match to fourth ranked Sancti Spiritus (16-6) 74-59. Worth to mention a great performance of international Yamara Amargo (179-85) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 6 rebounds and power forward Milaisis Duany (183-79) who added 9 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Sancti Spiritus' coach Alexander Alvarez used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was Dianailys Gavilan (-98) with 15 points and 7 rebounds and Danaisy Arozarena (-95) scored 14 points and 5 rebounds. Sancti Spiritus moved-up to third place. Artemisa at the other side still closes the standings. Sancti Spiritus will play against league's leader Pinar del Rio in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Artemisa will play against Guantanamo (#4) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
