The game between Top Four teams took place in Helsinki. 3rd placed host Torpan Pojat (17-6) was smashed by third ranked Aanekosken (17-6) 90-70. The guests trailed by 6 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 3-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 90-70. Aanekosken made 26-of-33 free shots (78.8 percent) during the game. It was a great evening for American guard Michaela Michaela Houser (170-91, college: Purdue, agency: LBM Management) who led her team to a victory scoring 31 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Her fellow American import power forward Chandra Harris (186-89, college: Georgia St.) helped adding 21 points and 13 rebounds. International forward Dionne Pounds (174-84, college: Lamar, agency: Regeneracom Sports) responded with 23 points and 6 rebounds and international swingman Heta Korpivaara (186-84, college: Seton Hall, agency: Regeneracom Sports) scored 18 points and 5 rebounds. Aanekosken moved-up to second place, which they share with ToPo. Aanekosken is looking forward to face Pyrinto (#8) in Tampere in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Torpan Pojat will play on the road against Tapiolan Honka (#9) and is hoping to win this game.
