The game in Lublin was also quite interesting. Notec (9-1) played at the court of AZS UMCS (3-7). Notec managed to secure a 6-point victory 76-70 on Sunday. AZS UMCS trailed by 14 points after 3 quarters before a 30-22 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 70-76 at the end of the game. Notec dominated on the defensive end, holding AZS UMCS to just 7 points in third quarter. The best player for the winners was Mikolaj Grod (194-89) who had a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds. Swingman Daniel Korolczyk (190-87) chipped in 20 points. Forward Adam Mysliwiec (200-90) produced 20 points and 6 rebounds and power forward Mateusz Wisniewski (202-91) added 16 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Notec will face Ksiezak Lowicz (#4) at home in the next round. AZS UMCS will play against Asseco II (#5) in Gdynia and hope to win that game.
