We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when one of their biggest challengers Shiga L-Stars (22-12) were defeated on the road by fifth ranked Osaka Evessa (22-14) 66-62 on Sunday. Shiga L-Stars were trailing by 9 points at halftime but managed to get 3-point lead after three quarters before a 20-13 charge of Osaka Evessa, which allowed them to win the game. They made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. Osaka Evessa forced 20 Shiga L-Stars turnovers. American players dominated also this game. The best player for the winners was forward Joshua Dollard (203-86, college: USC Aiken) who scored 30 points and 6 rebounds.
