Very important is a road loss of third ranked CASLA (15-16) against fourth ranked Anzorena (4-27) on Thursday night. Visiting CASLA was defeated by Anzorena in a tough game in Mendoza 85-93. The game without a history. Anzorena led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 22-of-28 free shots (78.6 percent) during the game. Anzorena forced 21 CASLA turnovers. Point guard Nicolas Aguilera (178-91) fired 24 points, 5 assists and 4 steals (made all of his ten free throws !!!) for the winners. American forward Jonathan Jones (198-88, college: Kean) chipped in a double-double by scoring 12 points and 15 rebounds. Emiliano Agostino (191-84) produced 23 points and 7 rebounds and forward Joaquin Gamazo (195-91) added 17 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. CASLA's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Newly promoted Anzorena maintains fourth place with 4-27 record. CASLA lost third consecutive game. They keep the third position with 16 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
