A very close game took place in Le Havre between Avenir and Le Havre. Tenth ranked Avenir (9-10) got a very close victory on the road over 11th ranked Le Havre (7-12). Avenir managed to escape with a 3-point win 62-59 on Saturday evening. The guests trailed by 1 point after three quarters before their 18-14 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Avenir will meet at home league's leader Roche in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Le Havre will play against SIG (#9) in llkirch-Graff. and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
