Important game to mention about took place in Viterbo. Fifth ranked Viterbo (2-2) saved a 2-point victory at home edging second-ranked Albino (2-2) 50-48 in the game for the fourth place. The hosts trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 18-13 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. Viterbo forced 34 Albino turnovers. Strangely Albino outrebounded Viterbo 42-28 including a 30-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Viterbo will face league's second-placed San Salvatore at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Albino will play against Muggia and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
