Regular Season Round 22: Le Havre - Gravelines 62-78

There was a surprise result when twelfth ranked Gravelines-Dunkerque (11-11) won against on the road higher ranked STB Le Havre (11-11) 78-62 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Gravelines-Dunkerque. STB Le Havre was better in fourth quarter 25-22. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Quite impressive performance for American swingman Paul Harris (193-86, college: Syracuse) who helped to win the game recording 13 points and 8 rebounds. International swingman Pape Sy (200-88) contributed with 18 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners. Four Gravelines-Dunkerque players scored in double figures. American-Dominican Ricardo Greer (196-77, college: Pittsburgh) replied with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 14 rebounds and Vincentian center Shawn King (208-82, college: ORU) added 17 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for STB Le Havre. Gravelines-Dunkerque have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to seventh place, which they share with 5 other teams including defeated STB Le Havre. Gravelines-Dunkerque will face bottom-ranked JL Bourg (#18) at home in the next round which should be an easy win for them.
