Everything went according to plan when seventh ranked Hapoel Kazrin (11-9) beat at home bottom-ranked Elitzur Ramla (1-19) 109-97 on Tuesday. The hosts trailed by 4 points at the halftime before their 63-47 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game.
