NBL top team - Hitachi Sunrockers (31-7) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed fifth ranked Wakayama T. (4-32) 90-59. The game was mostly controlled by Hitachi Sunrockers. Wakayama T. was better in third quarter 25-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Hitachi Sunrockers made 22-of-28 free shots (78.6 percent) during the game. Hitachi Sunrockers outrebounded Wakayama T. 44-28 including 31 on the defensive glass. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Hitachi Sunrockers made 7 blocks.
