There was no surprise in Aviles where 11th ranked Universidad de Valladolid (2-15) was defeated by ninth ranked ADBA (6-11) 68-64 on Saturday. Universidad de Valladolid trailed by 13 points after 3 quarters before a 24-15 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 64-68 at the end of the game. ADBA outrebounded Universidad de Valladolid 44-18 including a 34-12 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was power forward Lara Fernandez (179-87) who had a double-double by scoring 15 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists.
