There was an upset in Las Palmas where 4th placed Regal FC Barcelona (16-7) was defeated by ninth ranked G.Canaria 2014 (12-11) 76-70 on Sunday. The hosts trailed by 4 points after three quarters before their 23-13 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when G.Canaria 2014 made 7 blocks. It was a great evening for point guard Albert Oliver (187-78) who led his team to a victory scoring 17 points.
