Regular Season Round 22: Hapoel Holon - Hapoel T-A 82-70

The game between Top Four teams took place in Holon. Third ranked host Hapoel Holon (13-9) defeated one of their biggest challengers Hapoel Tel-Aviv (12-10) 82-70. The hosts trailed by 4 points at the halftime before their 44-28 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. At the losing side American Larry O'Bannon (192-83, college: Louisville, agency: Interperformances) responded with 19 points and 5 rebounds and American-Jamaican swingman Durand Scott (196-90, college: Miami, FL) scored 18 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Hapoel Holon maintains third position with 13-9 record having seven points less than leader Maccabi T-A. Hapoel Tel-Aviv at the other side keeps the fourth place with ten games lost. They share the position with Maccabi Rishon.
