Regular Season Round 39: Nassjo - Boras 77-88

Date: March 10, 2015
The game in Nassjo was also quite interesting. Third ranked Boras Basket (24-9) played at the court of 8th ranked Nassjo (10-23). Boras Basket defeated Nassjo 88-77 on Tuesday. The game was mostly controlled by Boras Basket. Nassjo managed to win fourth quarter 17-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a great evening for American point guard James Miller (182-79, college: N.Carolina A&T, agency: Higher Vision Sports) who led his team to a victory scoring 17 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international center Michael Palm (209-79, college: W.Washington, agency: R.H.Consultancy) helped adding 16 points and 8 rebounds. Five Boras Basket players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American guard Brenton Butler (188-87, college: Fordham, agency: Octagon Europe) with 24 points and Serbian guard Aleksa Solevic (188-93) scored 16 points, 5 assists and 6 steals. Nassjo's coach Nemanja Jovanovic rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Boras Basket have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain third place with 24-9 record behind leader Norrkoping. Nassjo lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with 23 games lost. Boras Basket will meet at home Sundsvall Dragons (#5) in the next round. Nassjo will play against KFUM Jamtland and hope to secure a win.
