Regular Season Round 36: Satya Wacana - NSH GMC 90-71

Rather predictable result in Salatiga where ninth ranked Satya Wacana (9-16) smashed 11th ranked NSH GMC (4-20) 90-71. The game was mostly controlled by Satya Wacana. NSH GMC was better in second period 18-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded NSH GMC 52-36 including 23 on the offensive glass. Satya Wacana players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. NSH GMC was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. The winners were led by guard Respati Pamungkas (180-91) who scored that evening 24 points and guard Budi Sucipto (169-88) supported him with 10 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Even 11 points and 8 rebounds by forward Raylly Pratama Putra (195-90) did not help to save the game for NSH GMC. Guard R. Azzaryan Pradhitya (181-92) added 13 points. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Satya Wacana maintains ninth position with 9-16 record. NSH GMC lost third consecutive game. They keep the eleventh place with 20 games lost. Satya Wacana will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. NSH GMC's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Jakarta Satria Muda.
