There was a minor upset when 13th ranked Sorgues BC (12-14) was defeated on the road by fifteenth ranked Cognac BB (9-17) 87-75. The game was mostly controlled by Cognac BB. Sorgues BC was better in second period 18-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Cognac BB players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists.
