LF2 top team - Maquinaria Ensino (16-2) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat eighth ranked Badajoz BF (7-11) in Lugo 62-51. Badajoz BF was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. They outrebounded Badajoz BF 53-31 including a 33-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. Center Marta Lema (186-92) had a double-double by scoring 11 points and 12 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and forward Rocio Varela (186-93) chipped in 11 points and 7 rebounds during the contest.
