The game between Top Four teams took place in Tripoli. host Al Moutahed (7-10) defeated Homenetm. B (5-12) 90-79. The game was mostly controlled by Al Moutahed. Homenetm. B was better in second period 23-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 21-of-27 charity shots (77.8 percent) during the game. Al Moutahed had a 23-11 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Dewarick Spencer (193-82, college: Arkansas St., agency: Higher Vision Sports) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 39 points (!!!), 16 rebounds and 5 assists (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). American-Guinea-Bissau point guard Perry Petty (185-88, college: UTPA) accounted for 21 points, 6 rebounds and 11 assists for the winning side. Petty is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American point guard Dion Dixon (190-89, college: Cincinnati) came up with 47 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 8 assists and Canadian center Michael Fraser (203-84, college: Oklah.Baptist) added 8 points and 15 rebounds respectively for Homenetm. B in the defeat.
