The game between Top Four teams took place in Tripoli. host Al Moutahed (7-10) defeated Homenetm. B (5-12) 90-79. The game was mostly controlled by Al Moutahed. Homenetm. B was better in second period 23-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 21-of-27 charity shots (77.8 percent) during the game. Petty is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American point guard Dion Dixon (190-89, college: Cincinnati) came up with 47 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 8 assists and Canadian center Michael Fraser (203-84, college: Oklah.Baptist) added 8 points and 15 rebounds respectively for Homenetm. B in the defeat.
