They outrebounded Hapoel Rishon Le-Zion 49-38 including 16 on the offensive glass. Maccabi Ashdod players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. The winners were led by naturalized American forward Alysha Clark (178-87, college: Middle Tenn.St.) who scored that evening 16 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals and American center Tiffany Jackson (191-85, college: Texas) supported her with 15 points and 14 rebounds.
