Rather expected game when 12th ranked Saint-Quentin (10-15) lost on the road to ninth ranked Nantes (14-11) 85-71 on Friday. The hosts trailed by 8 points after first quarter, but they stormed back and won the game by 14 points. It was a very good performance for American Storm Warren (201-88, college: LSU, agency: I.D.S. Law) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 25 points and 10 rebounds. His fellow American import swingman Marcus Relphorde (198-88, college: Colorado) contributed with 21 points for the winners. Nantes' coach Franck Collineau allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Power forward Julien Lesieu (201-83) answered with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds and American Anthony Smith (196-86, college: Liberty) added 14 points in the effort for Saint-Quentin. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Nantes moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Orchy. Saint-Quentin lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with 15 games lost. Nantes will face Fos Ouest (#11) in Fos-sur-Mer in the next round. Saint-Quentin will play at home against Aix-Maurienne and hope to win that game.
