Very expected game when 10th ranked Yokohama BC (11-31) lost on the road to fourth ranked Sendai 89ers (30-14) 86-82 on Sunday. However just four-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Yokohama BC trailed 48-47 at halftime, rallying from a 30-13 deficit at the end of first quarter to trim the gap. Sendai 89ers made 22-of-27 free shots (81.5 percent) during the game. Yokohama BC's coach Michael Katsuhisa gave the chance to play for ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Sendai 89ers have an impressive eight-game winning streak.
