The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Familia Schio as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Familia Schio smashed 5th ranked Umbertide at home 67-30. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Umbertide. The game without a history. Familia Schio led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Umbertide to just 6 points in second and third quarters and to 14 points in first half. It was a great shooting night for Familia Schio especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.4 percentage. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
