We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 9th ranked Lupa Promotion (4-14) lost to tenth ranked Sibenik (3-15) in Novi Zagreb 49-66 on Wednesday. The guests trailed by 2 points at the halftime before their 42-23 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Sibenik forced 22 Lupa Promotion turnovers and outrebounded them 44-27 including a 35-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. The winners were led by Klaudia Perisa (177-96) who scored that evening 26 points and 8 rebounds and swingman Sanda Tosic (176-86) supported her with 9 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists.
