Rather predictable result when fifth ranked Angers (15-8) defeated at home 8th ranked Nantes Reze (10-13) 65-60. Nantes Reze was ahead by 2 points after three quarters before a 18-11 charge of Angers, which allowed them to win the game. Angers had a 30-19 advantage in offensive rebounds. American forward Rebecca Tobin (195-88, college: Arizona St.) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. Canadian forward Lizanne Murphy (185-84, college: Hofstra) contributed with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. The former international Sarah Michel (180-89, agency: Comsport) answered with 19 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international power forward Aurelie Bonnan (187-83, agency: Josep and Nicolas) added 5 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals in the effort for Nantes Reze. The victory was the third consecutive win for Angers. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Landes. Nantes Reze at the other side keeps the eighth position with 13 games lost.
