Eredivisie top team - Leiden (21-3) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed fifth ranked Rotterdam (7-17) 107-76. The game without a history. Leiden led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Rotterdam's 30. They outrebounded Rotterdam 49-26 including a 31-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Leiden looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international power forward Jeroen van der List (213-89, college: Indian Hills CC, agency: Court Side) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds. American guard Dylon Cormier (188-92, college: Loyola, MD) contributed with 23 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. The former international swingman Ties Theeuwkens (191-85, agency: Court Side) answered with 13 points and 6 assists and guard Yannick Franke (194-96) added 13 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Rotterdam. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Leiden have an impressive series of ten victories in a row. They maintain first place with 21-3 record. Rotterdam lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with 17 games lost.
