Very expected game in Caceres where 13th ranked Al-Qazeres (6-20) was defeated by fourth ranked Cadi La Seu (18-8) 62-54. The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 19-9. But Al-Qazeres won second period 19-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Cadi La Seu forced 19 Al-Qazeres turnovers. Dutch forward Marlou De Kleijn (182-92, agency: Regeneracom Sports) orchestrated the victory by scoring 11 points. Guard Tania Perez (183-91, agency: Regeneracom Sports) contributed with 7 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Cadi La Seu's coach Miguel Angel Ortega allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American forward Callan Taylor (182-90, college: Sacred Heart) replied with 12 points and 7 rebounds and Serbian guard Nina Bogicevic (178-89, agency: Josep and Nicolas) added 8 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Al-Qazeres.
