An interesting game took place in Avellino where higher ranked Granarolo BO (12-12) was upset on the court of fourteenth ranked Air Avellino (9-15) 96-79. The game was mostly controlled by Air Avellino. Granarolo BO was better in fourth quarter 25-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening.
