Regular Season Round 27: Lighthouse TR - Angelico BI 75-85

Rather expected game in Trapani where 9th ranked Lighthouse TR (11-15) was defeated by sixth ranked Angelico Biella (15-11) 85-75 on Sunday. The guests trailed by 6 points at the halftime before their 48-32 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Angelico Biella made 16-of-18 free shots (88.9 percent) during the game. It was a great evening for American swingman Benjamin Raymond (198-87, college: Xavier, agency: KMG Sports Management) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 29 points and 15 rebounds. The former international Matteo Chillo (200-93) helped adding 6 points and 13 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American guard Alex Legion (195-88, college: FIU) with 22 points and power forward Patrick Baldassarre (200-86, agency: Players Group) scored 11 points and 9 rebounds (went 9 for 9 at the free throw line !!!). Four Lighthouse TR players scored in double figures. Angelico Biella moved-up to fifth place. Loser Lighthouse TR dropped to the tenth position with 15 games lost. Angelico Biella will face Sigma Barcellona (#13) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Lighthouse TR will play against Fileni BPA Jesi and hope to win that game.
