Very predictable result in Trento where fifth ranked Dolomiti En. TR (14-9) defeated bottom-ranked Juvecaserta (5-19) 73-66. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Juvecaserta won third quarter 16-15. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a good game for American power forward Josh Owens (203-88, college: Stanford) who led his team to a victory with 12 points and 9 rebounds. The other American import guard Jamarr Sanders (193-88, college: UAB, agency: Two Points) contributed with 14 points for the winners. American point guard Ronald Moore (183-88, college: Siena) replied with 10 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals and Bulgarian power forward Dejan Ivanov (205-86, agency: Beo Basket) added 16 points in the effort for Juvecaserta. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Dolomiti En. TR have an impressive five-game winning streak. Newly promoted Dolomiti En. TR maintains fifth position with 14-9 record. Juvecaserta at the other side stay at the bottom place with 19 games lost. Dolomiti En. TR's next round opponent will be higher ranked Banco di Srd (#3) in Sassari and it may be quite challenging game. Juvecaserta will play at home against the league's leader Armani Milano (#1) and hope to win that game.
