The game in Hamar supposed to be also quite interesting. Second ranked Keflavik (22-6) played at the court of 6th ranked Hamar (6-22). Keflavik smashed Hamar 111-61 on Wednesday. The game without a history. Keflavik led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 78 of its points in the paint compared to Hamar's 24 and made 18-of-22 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Hamar 49-29 including a 34-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Keflavik looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was American guard Carmen Tyson-Thomas (175-91, college: Syracuse, agency: Two Points) who had a double-double by scoring 30 points, 14 rebounds and 7 assists. International guard Marin Laufey Davidsdottir (172-94) chipped in 16 points and 7 rebounds. Five Keflavik players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was center Salbjorg Saevarsdottir (182-91) who recorded 15 points and 9 rebounds and forward Thorunn Bjarnadottir (171-80) added 11 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists respectively. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Keflavik have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 22-6 record having just three points less than leader Snaefell. Hamar lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the sixth place with 22 games lost.
