There was no surprise in Sao Paulo where 11th ranked Sao Jose/Vinac (12-17) was defeated by eighth ranked Vivo/Franca (14-15) 80-65 on Wednesday. The game was mostly controlled by Vivo/Franca. Sao Jose/Vinac was better in fourth quarter 21-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening.
