An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Rio de Janeiro. Third ranked Flamengo faced second-best Winner/Limeira. Host Flamengo (23-7) defeated guests from Limeira (25-5) 86-70. It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of Winner/Limeira. Winner/Limeira was trailing by 6 points at halftime but managed to get 1-point lead after three quarters before a 26-9 charge of Flamengo, which allowed them to win the game. The best player for the winners was Argentinian point guard Nicolas Laprovittola (193-90) who scored 23 points and 4 assists. The former international Marquinhos Vieira (207-84) chipped in 17 points and 6 rebounds. Five Flamengo players scored in double figures.
