BG 89 Avides cruised past Donau-Ries to force the decisive third game in the series. The game was mostly controlled by Rotenburg/Scheessel. TH Wohnbau Angels was better in second period 14-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Rotenburg/Scheessel dominated on the defensive end, holding TH Wohnbau Angels to just 2 points in first quarter. They held TH Wohnbau Angels to an opponent 22.7 percent shooting from the field compared to 40.3 percent accuracy of the winners. Canadian power forward Nayo Raincock-Ekunwe (188-91, college: Simon Fraser) replied with 9 points and 10 rebounds and American Melissa Jeltema (175-88, college: Oakland) added 6 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for TH Wohnbau Angels.
