Regular Season Round 27: Strasbourg - Boulogne 93-71

Leader Strasbourg IG delivered the twenty third victory. This time they crushed 18th ranked SO Maritime Boulogne (5-22) 93-71. It looked good early as SO Maritime Boulogne took a 2-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Strasbourg IG had a 30-19 second period charge getting the lead and SO Maritime Boulogne was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 71-93. Strasbourg IG made 19-of-19 charity shots (100 percent !!!) during the game. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by SO Maritime Boulogne's players. Strasbourg IG brought some defensive toughness making 9 blocks. It was a good game for the former international point guard Antoine Diot (193-89, agency: Comsport) who led his team to a victory with 19 points and 7 assists. Forward Jeremy Leloup (202-87, agency: Comsport) contributed with 10 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. Strasbourg IG's coach Vincent Collet felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
