Interkhim cruised past Frankivsk to earn the second straight victory in the semifinal series. The game without a history. Interkhim led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Interkhim outrebounded Frankivsk 44-24 including a 32-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Frankivsk's players. Forward Olga Borisenko (185-90) scored 14 points and 5 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and guard Natalia Kolotovska (174-90) chipped in 12 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Four Interkhim players scored in double figures. Interkhim's coach felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. International swingman Krystyna Matsko (182-91) responded with 16 points and 8 rebounds and Nataliya Skorbatyuk (183-95) scored 12 points and 6 rebounds.
