Everything could happen in Szczecin at the game between two tied teams. Both fourteenth ranked Wilki Morskie and 13th ranked Polpharma had identical 7-19 record. This time Wilki Morskie used a home court advantage and won against the opponent from Starogard 100-82 on Friday night. The game was mostly controlled by Wilki Morskie. Polpharma was better in third quarter 23-22. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Polpharma 44-31 including 16 on the offensive glass. Five Wilki Morskie and four Polpharma players scored in double figures. Wilki Morskie (8-19) moved-up to thirteenth place. Polpharma at the other side dropped to the fourteenth position with 20 games lost. Wilki Morskie will face league's second-placed PGE Turow in Zgorzelec in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Polpharma will play at home against Trefl (#8) and hope to win that game.
