Regular Season Round 28: Souffel - Nantes 69-73

Date: April 10, 2015
Very expected game when 15th ranked Souffelweyersheim (10-18) lost at home to seventh ranked Nantes (16-12) 73-69 on Friday. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Souffelweyersheim won third quarter 19-17. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Quite impressive performance for American power forward Allen Durham (198-88, college: Grace Bible) who helped to win the game recording 29 points and 6 rebounds. The other American import swingman Marcus Relphorde (198-88, college: Colorado) contributed with 13 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Durham is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American swingman Daviin Davis (193-85, college: Weber St.) replied with 20 points and Kevin Dinal (202-93) added 11 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Souffelweyersheim. Four Souffelweyersheim players scored in double figures. Nantes moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Antibes. Loser Souffelweyersheim dropped to the sixteenth position with 18 games lost. Nantes will face Lille Metropole (#14) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Souffelweyersheim will play against Saint-Quentin and hope to win that game.
