Regular Season Round 28: Polfarmex KT - Stabill Jezioro 77-62

Date: April 15, 2015
Very predictable result when tenth ranked AZS Polfarmex (12-16) won against bottom-ranked Stabill Jezioro (7-21) in Kutno 77-62. It looked good early as Stabill Jezioro took a 5-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then AZS Polfarmex had a 21-12 second period charge getting the lead and Stabill Jezioro was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 62-77. AZS Polfarmex brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. Czech Patrik Auda (206-89, college: Seton Hall) fired 23 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. American power forward Kevin Johnson (201-84, college: Humboldt St.) chipped in a double-double by scoring 11 points and 13 rebounds. Four AZS Polfarmex players scored in double figures. AZS Polfarmex's coach Jaroslaw Krysiewicz used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American point guard Josh Miller (170-87, college: W.Virginia St.) produced 21 points and 5 rebounds and U.S. Virgin Islands center Craig Williams (206-89, college: TCU, agency: SDJ Sports) added 14 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side. AZS Polfarmex moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Torun. Stabill Jezioro at the other side dropped to the bottom position with 21 games lost. AZS Polfarmex's next round opponent will be Anwil (#12) in Wloclawek. Stabill Jezioro will play at home against Twarde Pierniki (#9) and hope to win that game.
