Targoviste extended the championship series into the fifth and decisive game. They beat Sf.Gheorghe for the second straight win at home court and evened the series at 2-2. The hosts trailed by 10 points after first quarter, but they stormed back and won the game by 12 points. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when CSM Targoviste made 10 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Monique Coker (185-82, college: ODU, agency: Regeneracom Sports) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 19 points, 16 rebounds and 4 blocks. American-FYR Macedonian Chrissy Givens (180-85, college: Middle Tenn.St.) contributed with 16 points for the winners. American power forward Stefanie Murphy (192-89, college: Boston Coll.) replied with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 13 rebounds and her fellow American import guard Tyaunna Marshall (175-92, college: Georgia Tech) added 12 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Sf.Gheorghe.
