The game in Reggio Calabria was also quite interesting. One of their biggest challengers Ravenna (18-12) played at the court of fifth ranked Reggio Calabr. (18-12). Reggio Calabr. defeated Ravenna 89-79 on Friday. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Ravenna. The hosts trailed by 2 points after three quarters before their 33-21 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Reggio Calabr. dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Ravenna's 30. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Reggio Calabr. moved-up to fourth place, which they share with defeated Ravenna.
