Nafta-Uni. rolled past Palanga to advance into NKL Final. After very bad start, Palanga stormed back in the second period cutting the deficit to 2 points 34-32. But it was not enough and Nafta-Uni. took back the control in second half. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Donatas Norkus (196-90) who helped to win the game recording 14 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Ignas Vaitkus (196-93) contributed with 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. American forward Travis Garrison (203-84, college: Maryland) answered with 15 points and 9 rebounds and center Deividas Keburys (202-90) added 12 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Palanga. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
